Rolling out a new global financial planning brand
We helped Aviva, the world's fifth largest insurance group, to develop Six-Steps, a web site that helps people make informed decisions about planning for their retirement.
We produced comprehensive guidelines to help Aviva roll out the Six-Steps concept across its markets.
The guidelines cover brand, design and copy tone of voice, as well as information about accessibility – as the parent company, Aviva is responsible for ensuring that the sites are accessible.
As the Six-Steps content doesn't always directly correspond to non-UK markets, we also explained the thinking behind the various content elements to help with localisation.
Other elements include HTML design templates and specifications for the mobile site and retirement planner.
